Job Summary:

PrairieLand Partners offers many unique opportunities to talented young professionals in our Dealer Internship Program.  Interns will gain hands-on, real-world experience in Parts, Sales, Precision Ag, and Service by working alongside industry-leading professionals during the 11-week program.  Interns will develop skills in a professional environment, learn about every part of the dealership, and build a strong foundation for their future career.  This program gives interns the chance to see how different departments work together and provides a better understanding of where an intern’s unique skills and personality will be best suited for their future career.

Job Requirements:

  • Open to learning in all environments.
  • Flexibility to work in different departments throughout the summer.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all coworkers, managers, and customers.
  • Conduct in the presence of customers and community in a way that presents a professional image of PrairieLand Partners.
  • Responsibilities will change as intern rotates through Parts, Sales, Precision Ag, and Service.
Qualifications and Working Conditions


  • Must be a current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university with an emphasis on Business, Agriculture, Agribusiness, Ag Communications, or Marketing.
  • Must possess a minimum of a 2.7 (out of a 4-point scale) overall GPA.
  • Junior or Senior classification preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required. 
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, and conceptual skills required. 
  • Must be detail oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to commit to work 40 hours for 11 consecutive weeks during the summer.
