Brandt is currently seeking a Product Manager - Road Building. The individual in this position would be a key player in the growth and development of the Road Building Parts and Service sales and margin. This position would require you to work closely with the CSA’s, Branch Parts Managers, Service Managers, and the VP of Road Building to execute Brandt customer programs. This individual will be Brandt's expert on Parts and Service on Road Building products and will be relied on by all internal staff and customers for experience and knowledge of these products and services. It will be required to establish Strategy and implement Annual Business plans for the Road Building Product group with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish Strategy and implement Annual Business plans for Product group with SMART objectives to achieve sales and margin growth
- Product Expert/Resource Communicator
- Coach, Support and Educate CSAs as required on applicable products
- Develop and Deliver formal training programs to develop CSA’s, Parts and Service Managers
- Assist with CSA key accounts customer management
- Manage Vendor relationships related to Parts and Service
- Market Intelligence on competition, customers, pricing and segment trends
- Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for CSA’s and branches.
- Identify new product opportunities and work internally to supply
- Promote sales of new & used parts
- Promote sales of Service programs
- Manage CSA Processes such as Call reporting, CRM, and target setting
- Development and implementation of Strategy and Annual Business Plans
- Achievement of Parts and Service revenue and margin growth objectives
- Execution of Annual Business Plan goals
