This opportunity is for a 12-month training with the goal of becoming a John Deere service manager at one of our multi-state locations. Ag Pro has 80 locations and there will be 4-6 training positions available at select locations throughout our territory. This will require relocation to one of the training stores and relocation at the completion of the program. Relocation will be limited to approximate 15-20 store radius from the training store location. 

Ag Pro is looking for candidates who would like to build a career in the farming/power equipment industry. As a Service Manager Intern you will learn the tasks of service writing, business system operation, customer service, service profitability, and service management. You will undergo practical on-site training with quarterly evaluations. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed as a Service Manager at one of our locations as need arises.
