C & B Operations has an opening for a Regional Aftermarket Manager located in Northeastern Montana. The Regional Aftermarket Manager is responsible for advising and coaching parts and service managers in five of C & B's John Deere ag dealerships. This individual will help in creating and managing budgets, improving performance and sales, meeting expected goals, and recruiting, retaining and managing top talent in our parts and service departments. Duties of the Regional Aftermarket Manager:

  • Set stretch goals for the region departments that align with company and region aftermarket strategies and lead to achieve those objectives.
  • Participate in C&B marketing, strategy and budget planning sessions.
  • Manage parts gross margins, service efficiencies, aftermarket pricing and cure processes where needed.
  • Manage expenses and capital expenditures to company guidelines for parts and service departments.
  • Review department financials with parts and service managers monthly.
  • Manage WIP, PIPs, open parts tickets, open warranty tickets to company guidelines.
  • Manage JDF multi use account functions and lead managers in elimination of A/R.
  • Coordinate recruiting, staffing, and employee development, training paths, employee evaluation efforts for the region aftermarket department.
  • Manage parts inventory levels that meet company and region metric objectives.
  • Coordinate, with sales manager and store management, all marketing events such as customer clinics.
  • Implements measures to improve customer satisfaction scores as well as visit key customers with parts and service managers.
  • Work with John Deere to strengthen our relationship with them, and to achieve metrics in aftermarket sales, John Deere Financial, and John Deere Farmsight strategies.
