The Reynolds Farm Equipment Parts Specialist prepares parts for service personnel, sales staff, and customers in order for the personnel to perform their duties for the customers. The Parts Specialist supports and helps all personnel to be as efficient as possible and provides clear communication on status of parts and whole good items. The Parts Specialist must practice confidentiality both in and out of dealership and maintain positive attitude while working to improve teamwork between all dealership personal. Most importantly, perform all duties with honesty, integrity, and adherence to Corporate Mission Statement.

• Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
• Supply service personnel with parts as needed
• Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
• Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager
• Pull and order whole goods and parts for the sales staff
• Keep orderly list of parts on work orders
• Assists in keeping the parts department and warehouse clean and organized
• Making sure parts for work orders are in an organized area in the parts warehouse

• Basic knowledge of data entry/keyboarding skills
• Product knowledge of lawn and garden and outdoor power equipment and agricultural equipment
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Knowledge of office procedures
• Unwavering commitment to confidentiality
• Understanding of mechanical/technical terms
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
