Description de poste

This person will be responsible for various projects within the Parts Support Center. Projects would include involvement in RDO Equipment’s governmental and overseas customers as well to be an internal resource for questions regarding these transactions. This person would be responsible to process, order and track and invoice transactions according to company policies and to ensure customer satisfaction with these transactions and processes. This person would also continue to find new ways to drive parts sales and assist the Parts Support Center in providing administrative and warehouse assistance for various projects as needed.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Quote, process and track shipments, orders and requests.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience with online ordering by answering questions and following up with internet sales customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Process, track and invoice governmental orders per government requirements.
  • Follow up on leads and create bids accordingly.
  • Look for online opportunities for increased sales for all product lines.
  • Provide administrative and warehouse assistance for various projects within the Parts Support Center.
  • Mark and store parts in stockroom according to prearranged system and assist with cycle count duties.
  • Receive, ship and store parts as needed in accordance with company policy.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
  • Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of RDO Equipment Co.
  • Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training, in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
  • Participate in all company/location driven communication efforts, including open book meetings, huddles, department meetings and other related efforts.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.

    Job Requirements:

    • Strong organizational skills
    • Strong customer service and communications skills
    • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel
    • Efficient data processing skills
    • Experience working with/in a parts department preferred
    • Ability to problem solve
    • Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
