Position Specifics: Lot & Inventory Specialist

Department: All Departments

Reports To: Store Manager or Service Manager

Supervises: None


Purpose:


Performs lot maintenance duties for all departments in the store, and Complete Goods Inventories and Tracking.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the facility
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • May perform grounds maintenance for the dealer properties
  • May be required to assist in moving displays or equipment within the dealership
  • May operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment, and supplies for the dealership
  • Receive in and track inventories by managing our DIT program with a digital scanner
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned by your manager


Requirements

Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Ability to be on your feet at long periods at a time
  • Comfortable driving a forklift
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned
  • Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures
