Title:    Integration Solution Account Representation     

   Department:    Whole Goods     


Reports to:    Regional Manager 

    Supervises:     None         


FLSA Status:     Exempt 



Purpose:  


This position will be Belkorp Ag’s Agriculture Equipment and Technology expert and sales consultant to our larger service customers. The primarily will be focused to make technology sales while promoting and marketing Belkorp Ag’s Service and Parts departments and delivering John Deere’s technology solutions in Belkorp Ag’s market area with the goal of making Belkorp Ag the market leader.  



Responsibilities and Duties:   


  • Working at customer sites focusing on making precision ag technology sales as your primary duty. 

  • Be the equipment and technology support expert participating with the sales, parts and service teams to facilitate customer’s needs and wants.  

  • Maintain expert level technical knowledge on John Deere and competitive equipment and be able to identify and communicate competitive advantages of the John Deere equipment to the Belkorp Ag team and its customers. 

  • Be the first point of contact for Belkorp Ag’s larger customers when they are having equipment issues. 

  • Be infield with Technicians assisting in diagnosing and repairing equipment issues as needed. 



  • Work with Service and Parts departments to ensure Techs are trained and ready to deliver solutions to Belkorp Ag customers.  

  • Build strong trusting relationships with Belkorp Ag’s large customers.  

  • Understand the technical needs of our customers and deliver solutions in an urgent and timely manner. 

  • Maintain assigned vehicle and related equipment by managing and scheduling routine maintenance for equipment used. 

  • Promote Belkorp Ag’s service and parts departments to Belkorp Ag’s customers by asking for their business and promoting aftermarket specials. 



  • Carry and manage parts inventory on your vehicle and sell to customers onsite as needed. 

  • Provide value to our customers by delivering solutions that saves them time, reduces their risk and increases their profits. 

  • Provide leadership and execute on providing Belkorp Ag’s large customers a positive experience by being the customer voice with Belkorp Ag.  

  • Serve as an internal and external trainer for John Deere’s AMS and hosted product solutions. 

  • Communicate with Belkorp Ag’s sales and support staff by using provided Hardware and Software tools and programs including cell, text, email, CRM and online programs. 



  • Manage Belkorp Ag’s AMS equipment, subscriptions and activations. Be fully accountable for the distribution and use of all Belkorp Ag’s inventory.   

  • Attend and hold applicable training events and seminars. 

  • Complete all necessary asset tracking paperwork. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 




Qualifications and Skills:  


  • Known within Belkorp Ag’s market area for your equipment and technical expertise. 



  • Agriculture Background highly desired.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.  

  • Spanish speaking is a strong plus. 

  • Effective ability to work in team environments as well as independently. 

  • Holding or interest in obtaining a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification a strong plus. 



  • Advanced level technician skills or equivalent experience.  

  • Ability to operate with a solutions approach and identify existing/emerging customer needs. 

  • Ability to sale customers on products and solutions offered by Belkorp Ag. 

  • Treats people with respect and acts with accountability. 

  • Ability to use advanced and various software applications as well as train on them. 



  • Valid California Driver’s license which is maintained at a level accepted by our insurance company. 

  • College degree highly desired.
