Successful candidates will have a BA in Human Resources or 3 or more years of successful experience in a Human Resources role. This position will include developing relationships with learning institutions within the GreenMark trade area and assisting with identifying high caliber prospects to add to our organization. Essential attributes of a successful candidate include an outgoing personality, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, good organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple time-sensitive objectives simultaneously. A flexible schedule and the ability to accommodate some overnight travel are also important. This role will be headquartered out of our Holland, MI facility and you will report directly to our Human Resources Manager.
