JESCO is the exclusive John Deere Construction Equipment Dealer for the New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland region and has an immediate need for a Work Order Administrator who will be responsible for creating and invoicing service work orders in the JESCO territory. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced market while achieving a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive all new incoming Electronic Service Requests for internal, customer and warranty work orders.
- Work closely with internal rental and sales departments to fully communicate work order scope of supply, required delivery / completion times, and special circumstances.
- Prepare new work orders in the assigned branch location using the Dealer Business system and the JESCO, Inc. work order flat-rate guides.
- At time of work order opening, verify any applicable manufacturer warranty coverages or Product Improvement Campaigns that may apply to the machine.
- Upon completion of work order by assigned branch location perform a work order invoicing review ensuring all costs and work are completed according to agreed charges.
- Maintain communication with assigned branch work order locations related to work order defects, warranty claim issues, or costing errors.
- Invoice all customer and internal work orders assigned in accordance with customer account terms.
- Acquire and apply customer purchase orders for repairs as applicable.
- Continually build the team relationship between processing and service managers.
Job Requirements:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems.
- Ability to work efficiently & effectively with customer, machine, and OEM data platforms.
- Knowledge of construction equipment a plus.
- Valid & Clean Driver’s license
- Service writer experience in a dealership environment or large service facility a plus.
