Job overviewThe VP of Aftermarket works to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the aftermarket department and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.
Responsibilities- In cooperation with the CAO leads the development and deployment of Aftermarket strategy and long-term plans which integrates the business’ values, mission, resources, and goals
- Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability for the Aftermarket department that aligns with the organization’s financial and operational objectives
- Build partnerships with key Aftermarket Directors to ensure operational elements to optimize customer satisfaction while executing to key metrics
- Oversee Customer Service satisfaction efforts for the company; resolve customer complaints, and other issues that may interfere with efficient operations
- Partner with CAO and CFO on budgeting, forecasting annual sales and gross profit budgets, along with strategies and tactics to achieve them
- Work with Human Resources team to manage recruiting, staffing and employee development activities for aftermarket department
- Partner with the Hutson Support Call Center operations to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Develop and maintains lines of communications to all levels of employees to promote awareness of the current Safety Culture of the Company.
- Support management in the pursuit of corporate policies, plans, goals, and long-term objectives.

- Participate in all business and/or department activities related to ensuring the customer experience is positive.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in leadership positions
- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
Additional requirements- General Physical Requirements:
- Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Reaching, Standing, Walking, Lifting, Fingering, Grasping, Feeling, Talking, Hearing, and Repetitive Motions.
