                                                        Turf Equipment Internet Sales Specialist 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Manages all internet sales while coordinating with sales staff and sales administration to increase revenue generated through Internet inquiries.
  • Works with customer on all equipment gathering information, determining best solution, selling the enterprise, and closing the deal. The corresponding branch will then finalize the delivery process between sales and service.
  • Documents Internet Sales process flow and applicable SOPS
  • Continually works to learn product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially sellable by the dealership within the Turf product portfolio.
  • Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management to determine best approach
  • Knows and follows a defined sales process
  • Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods
  • Attends applicable sales training events/seminars/meetings
  • Supports needs of the branch to include overtime and weekend work
  • Performs other work-related duties as instructed by manager

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience, college degree preferred.
  • Desire to learn and work
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functions
  • Keen attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Outstanding customer relationship skills
