Sunshine Quality Solutions is looking for a small ag and turf sales professional. The small ag and turf sales professional sells new and used agricultural and turf equipment to new and existing customers, with a focus on walk-in, retail-oriented, and customer traffic sales. This individual represents the company for the sale of machinery to walk-in customers. What Youll Do

The small ag and turf sales professional maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by the dealership and monitors trends in customer business activities. This individual maintains all customer information for sales management and has retail selling emphasis (understands task-oriented questions to ask, validates customer requirements, proposes solution, and offers demonstration). The small ag and turf sales professional maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new equipment and maintains current knowledge of used equipment for trading purposes. In addition, this individual conducts new equipment demonstrations, assists with the preparation and execution of customer events, and attends applicable sales training events/seminars.

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience
• Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment
• Strong computer skills:
  • Microsoft Office
  • Internet functions
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• High School diploma

Whats Preferred

• 2+ years of retail sales experience
• Farming or operational practice
