Service Writer
Job Responsibilities:
Prepares repair orders and enters then into service database system
Maintains customer relationship by explaining estimates and time for turn around
Ability to juggle multiple requests at one time and provide excellent customer service
Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required
1-2 years of experience working in a service writer role or related work experience
Excellent written and verbal communications
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
