Assists the service manager in maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records for the service Department’s operation within the dealership.
Duties
Fields internal and external customer inquiries to the Service DepartmentRequirements
Basic knowledge of accounting practices
Knowledge of mechanical and technical terms preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office and the internet
Knowledge of office procedures
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
