Brandt Tractor Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager for Southern Saskatchewan division based out of our Regina Truck & Trailer location. This position is responsible for maximizing the sales growth and profitability of the wholegoods department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the sales of Truck & Trailer equipment
- Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets
- Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals
- Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers and employees.
- Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
- Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Assist in the management of Branch account receivables in conjunction with the VP of Credit and VP of Operations.
- Other duties as assigned
