Summary

Interns will gain hands-on, real-world experience in Sales, Precision Construction, Parts and Service by working alongside industry-leading professionals.  Interns will develop skills in a professional environment, learn about every part of the dealership, and build a strong foundation for their future career.  This program gives interns the chance to see how different departments work together and provides a better understanding of where an intern’s unique skills and personality will be best suited for their future career.  We offer competitive wages and great hands-on experience. Essential Functions

  • Flexible to working in different departments throughout the summer. 
  • Responsibilities will change as intern rotates through the Sales, Precision Construction, Parts and Service departments.
  • Interest in working in the markets we serve in a customer-facing position
  • Assist with any special projects, research, data collection, and sales reporting. 



Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Energetic, forward thinking, and creative with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team setting
  • Listens and responds constructively to others’ ideas.



Physical Requirements and Work Schedule

Employee must be able to do occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.



Education/Work Experience

Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college with an emphasis on Business, Construction Management, Agriculture Mechanization, or Agriculture business/marketing. Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred. Previous experience in construction or agriculture industry a plus.
