Essential Functions- Flexible to working in different departments throughout the summer.
- Responsibilities will change as intern rotates through the Sales, Precision Construction, Parts and Service departments.
- Interest in working in the markets we serve in a customer-facing position
- Assist with any special projects, research, data collection, and sales reporting.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
- Energetic, forward thinking, and creative with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team setting
- Listens and responds constructively to others’ ideas.
Physical Requirements and Work ScheduleEmployee must be able to do occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
Education/Work ExperienceMust be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college with an emphasis on Business, Construction Management, Agriculture Mechanization, or Agriculture business/marketing. Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred. Previous experience in construction or agriculture industry a plus.
