Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Job Essential Duties:
- Order and issue purchase order numbers for the compact construction product line
- Verify invoices for accuracy, resolve discrepancies, ensures payment terms are followed, and calculates discounts as appropriate
- Enter vendor invoices into the dealer business system for payment
- Calculate sales margin/commissions and create customer invoices
- Maintain knowledge of various financing options available
- Calculate installment or lease payment quotes for customers as needed
- Timely processing of all financing requests for installment or lease funding
- Communicate effectively on additional financing information needed or status requests
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Request entities search from designated company
- Review results and if liens are present, email salesmen corresponding information to obtain the release; monitor progress and ensure accurate info is obtained for purchase
Skills & Qualifications:
- BS/BA preferred. In lieu of degree, 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Knowledge of construction equipment preferred but not required
