PAPÉ MACHINERY, INC. – AGRICULTURE & TURF DIVISION – QUINCY, WA

SALES ADMINISTRATOR:  Position will serve as the Sales Administrator for the branch. Essential duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Handling all invoicing to customers of product purchased from the Sales Department.
  • Assisting in coordinating delivery requirements of customer for purchased products.
  • Handling and processing all purchase orders, warranty, and extended warranty paperwork.
  • Supporting the Territory Managers out in the field with answers to questions regarding manufacturer pricing programs, discounts, sales incentives and financing programs.
  • Assisting the Sales Coordinator and Rental Manager with executing inventory audits.
  • Acting as the “go to” person for members of the sales department with anything that may arise after the machine has been invoiced to the customer.

Member will need to be able to work in a fast paced, high energy environment and be a key level of support for the sales team, with the ultimate goal of helping the branch sell more product. Strong understanding of accounting and bookkeeping required. Candidates need to have naturally strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and have above average computer skills including excel, outlook, and the ability to learn our internal TANDEM system. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and naturally thrive in a team environment.
