Position Summary:
The Rental Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction on all rental transactions which assists 4 Rivers Equipment succeed by ensuring customers receive fair value and quality service on every rental.
Tasks/Duties:
Assist customers with rental issues
Complete employee evaluations
Establish and maintain rental fleet
Oversee transportation of equipment
Administer/review customer rental contracts
Review and authorize service requests, PO’s and machine movement requests
Interface with service department on rental equipment maintenance
Assist with walk-in sales
Responsible for rental department budget
