Attention to detail regarding rental contracts, warranties, damage reports, financial reports, and the rental equipment program.
Duties
- Ensure ALL AgPro Rental guidelines are followed
- Handle phone calls from customers & employees to gather information regarding rental programs
- Audit all rental check-in/check-out inspections and photos company-wide to ensure adherence to company policy
- Coordinate with the shop to ensure proper repairs of damaged or warrantied equipment to ensure equipment is serviced and ready to rent in an allowable period.
- Coordinate with customers & insurance companies regarding repair claims upon return of equipment
- Coordinate service requests with the Service Departments to ensure all repairs are handled in a timely manner.
- Supervise the services of long-term rentals (off yard) and PIPS.
- Audit service departments concerning service, repairs, and warranty costs.
- Supervise warranty / ext. warranty claims covering rental equipment.
- Manage damage waiver agreements dealing directly with specific vendors.
- Ensure all rental units are actively using JDLink
- Lower NBV units to have FMV prices coordinated with corporate sales managers
- Update info on Machine Finder for all rental equipment.
- Perform Machine Finder audits on a weekly basis
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-4 years of relevant and progressive office experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Strong time management and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Must possess strong customer service skills.
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to accurately file documents.
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet
