RENTAL COORDINATOR:  Seeking a highly-motivated Rental Coordinator to join our growing team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, the Rental Coordinator’s main objective is to provide a top-notch customer service experience. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing inbound rental, service and sales by phone and walk in business.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensure a great rental experience for the customer.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Recording daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests.
  • Learning and becoming proficient with our internal business systems.
  • Performing timely short-term and RPO invoicing to ensure monthly sales objectives are met.
  • Submitting timely warranty starts/stops in accordance with requirements set forth by John Deere and corporate policy.
  • Checking machines and attachments in and out.

Looking for a self-starter that is positive and driven. Should like working in a team environment and take great pride in taking care of all Papé customers. Must have strong communication and organizational skills, including keeping work space clean and orderly on a daily basis.
