Job Description

Brandt is currently seeking a Rental Administrator for our Regina location. This position is responsible for the invoicing and administration of equipment rentals.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Invoicing weekly rentals.
  • Collecting payment for rentals.
  • Coordinate with the Service Department for service and repairs
  • Register and discharge liens on equipment through APPRES
  • Notify yard personnel when equipment is departing
  • Assist yard personnel with equipment incoming and outgoing inspections
  • Obtain registration and licensing for equipment
  • Other duties as assigned
