Job Summary:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Customer Sales Representatives and Customer Account Managers to drive AgriVision Equipment's growth and success. You will be accountable for working cross-functionally executing our annual operating strategy, optimizing resources against our biggest opportunities, while meeting & exceeding customers expectations. To be effective you will possess a high degree of comfort with ambiguity, an ability to simplify the complex and communicate effectively across the organization. You will not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on when needed. Your ability to set a vision and prioritize deliverables across a complex body of work will be extremely important. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to accomplish the companys objectives
  • Maintain a solid pipeline of new sales personnel to expedite training and development for the northern region.
  • Create and execute new hire sales training plans.
  • Accountable to ensure the region has the proper resources & capabilities to meet & exceed customer expectations and deliver on company performance goals & objectives
  • Build a high-performance culture & engaged sales team by embodying AgriVision Equipments vision, purpose, and guiding principles, encouraging accountability, open communication, teamwork, and a commitment to serving the customer.
  • Lead the development and deployment of a comprehensive strategic business plan in alignment with the organizations financial and operational objectives; including but not limited to annual sales goals and budget
  • Coach and mentor sales team on the topics to include but not limited to: prospecting and closing; performing research and acquiring information on target customers; developing goals, quotas, and forecasts; analyzing sales statistics; and developing sales campaigns.
  • Oversee & engage with account management on strategic sales accounts
  • Accountable for ensuring sales team understand, are aligned, and implement company policies and procedures across your region.
  • Ensure that the region/location reputation and image in the community is consistent with AgriVision Equipments Purpose & Guiding Principles and that business relationships with all stakeholders are not compromised

Who you are:

  • Proven ability to deliver initiatives that contributed significant gains in the capture of market share, revenue growth, and operational efficiencies.
  • Knowledge of agriculture, construction, dealership business operations
  • Operational expertise in sales, parts, and service
  • Demonstrated success anticipating future business opportunities or problems and developing strategies that address them proactively.
  • Proven managerial ability including leading, coaching, and developing others
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience identifying, building and delivering growth initiatives in the fast-moving growth-oriented organization
