The history of James River Equipment dates back to 1926 when Rudolph Romer opened his first John Deere Dealership in Holly, Colorado. In 1977, the Romers made the decision to expand eastward and purchased four construction and forestry dealerships in Virginia which were combined to form James River Equipment. Since 2001, James River Equipment has added on average one new location and one new partner per year. The mission of James River Equipment is to provide values to our customers, do it profitably and ethically, do it for the long term and have fun while doing it! James River Equipment is currently seeking a Regional Manager for various locations. Job Responsibilities:

Collaborates with internal & external customers to ensure achievement of organizational goals

Manages a team of regional employees and effectively communicates expectations daily

Strategically plans goals & budgets to ensure long term sustainability and positive outcome

Leads the execution of Agricultural and/or C/F dealerships through continuous training and development

Ensures company image and reputation in the community is consistent with the company’s core values

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of Management Experience required in either Agricultural or C/F dealerships or manufacturers

Stays current with Industry Standards & Safety Regulations

Excellent Customer Service & Communication Skills

Ability to work extended hours and travel

Ability to pass a Drug Screen & Background Check
