C & B Operations has an opening for a Regional IT Systems Support individual to serve our western region. This individual will provide onsite and remote technical support for our stores in Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho.  This individual may live near any of our dealership locations within the region. You will work directly with end-users, troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues and leverage your technical knowledge to manage special projects to help meet the needs of our employees.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintains and supports system applications, system hardware, software, telephones, and network infrastructure

- Utilizes the Help Desk ticketing system for tracking and logging work orders for fast and efficient customer service

-  Builds new computers to our network specifications

-  Instructs users in the use of equipment and software.

-  Identifies, researches, resolves, or escalates technical problems

-  Maintains knowledge of current technology and stays abreast of new technological advancements in order to provide excellent customer service to the organization

-  Provide assistance and support to IT department as needed




  • Associates or better in Information Technology or related field.
  • High School or better.


  • Bachelors or better in Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience


  • 1 year of Help Desk experience; supporting hardware, software
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Basic server and networking skills
  • A talent for creatively and decisively solving problems
  • Aptitude and ability to work independently and be a technology leader for the company
  • Ability to travel approximately 3 days per week to different locations
  • Valid Driver’s license
