In order to help Pattison Agriculture fulfill its mission: Through teamwork and innovation, we partner with our customers who help feed the world; we are looking for a Regional Intelligence Solutions Manager for Region 3 (Humboldt, Kelvington, Preeceville, Wynyard, Kamsack, Swan River). The successful candidate can work from any of the locations in Region 3. Get in the field with Pattison Agriculture!  

As Regional Intelligence Solutions Manager, you will lead and support the optimization efforts for a determined region through internal/external training and linking customer needs to the optimal performance of their equipment. Focus will be placed on supporting all departmental Mainstreaming efforts, introduction of new technology and direct field work for designated key/strategic accounts.


Duties will include but not be limited to:

•Maintaining current knowledge of the latest John Deere equipment and technology, including short line & large ag equipment

•Train identified service technicians to perform infield optimizations and start-ups

•Support Service departments to maintain a high-level of optimization competency 

•Perform infield start-up and optimizations for designated strategic customers and new technology product offerings

•Assist in the development and delivery of customer clinic events

•Support in the development of SVAP products

•Support the role out of Level 1 and Level 2 mainstreaming knowledge training to all Pattison AG employees and future onboarding events

•Support the development and delivery of a comprehensive demonstration process including equipment preparation and sales team training

•Lead demonstrations of new products and technology for key customers

•Support and maintain customer data management products

•Be engaged in building/maintaining a constructive work environment within the team, branch and organization


The ideal candidate will have at least two plus years of experience in the field of agriculture with knowledge and familiarity of the technology utilized in today’s agriculture environment. Written and verbal communication skills are essential as is the ability to teach and talk publicly in training events. The candidate must be proficient in using MS Office suite of products and other related technologies. The ability to work flexible hours during the growing and harvest seasons is expected as well as the ability to travel.
