Brandt is currently seeking a Preventive Maintenance Coordinator in our Regina location.
The Preventative Maintenance Coordinator is charged with the overall responsibility of providing top tier customer service and is responsible for building a world class maintenance program including quoting, scheduling, tracking, invoicing and managing customers maintenance agreements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling equipment for service, quoting Preventative maintenance agreements, managing contracts, tracking expiry dates, invoicing and working with branches and PM technicians for all Brandt divisions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively for Preventive Maintenance call requests from our internal and external customers
- Schedule and Coordinate necessary service with Customers and Preventive Maintenance Technicians
- Administer Preventive Maintenance Agreements when signed
- Review, close and invoice the completed jobs
- Quote & Set-up of Preventive Maintenance Agreements in our contracts’ management system
- Review, close and invoice completed maintenance agreements to be sure that we are meeting the requirements of the agreements
- Utilize JD Link and other technology and software to monitor & track customer’s machine
- Other related duties as assigned
