Job Description

Purpose: The incumbent will be primarily responsible for duties related to the receiving, sale & delivery of parts & accessories in addition to providing exemplary customer service within the parts department. 


Responsibility: Promote & sell products &services to customers. Assistwith merchandising displays. Monitor& follow up on parts shortage & expedite ordering as required by theAsst. Manager. May supply service technicians with parts as required. Mayassist in transporting parts, small equipment & related supplies to otherlocations/customers. Assist in maintainingan accurate inventory of all parts at the location. Maintain records of pickup & deliveries & obtains necessarysignatures & receipts. Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly.  Assists in maintaining alldepartmental tools & equipment. Utilizes the surplus return program in linewith owner group policy. Coordinate the perpetual or annual physicalinventory of all parts & related inventories. Rotating work schedules including Saturdays. May include occasionally working from other Belkorp Ag locations. Participate on the on-call program. 


Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge: Minimum of high Schooldiploma plus 2 years of related experience. Working knowledge of parts,machinery & basic understanding of inventory management principles. Ability to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer application.  Ability to write & speak effectively. Fork lift license preferred.
