Position Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction with the parts process and for the overall value of the parts purchasing experience. Performs a variety of in-store customer service, marketing, promoting, advertising, and stocking duties relating to the receiving, sale, and delivery of parts and accessories.  

Task/Duties:   

1. Greet walk-in customers, respond to customer telephone calls and inquiries, sells products and/or services to meet customer needs.  
2. Process internal (inter-company) parts transfer requests.  
3. Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required.  
4. Assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.  
5. Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assist with placing Machine Down and stock orders in their proper inventory locations.  
6. Keep work area and assigned warehouse areas neat, clean, and organized.  
7. Maintains condition of department vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.  
8. Participate in (annual) physical inventory   

Essential Job Functions:   

1. Regular and timely attendance is required.  
2. Participates in all job-related training and development.  
3. Able to move objects weighing up to 60 pounds.  
4. Safely operate a forklift, must be able to obtain forklift certification
