An AgriVision Equipment Group Parts Sales Specialist performs a variety of in and out of store customer service, marketing, promoting, and selling duties. Other functions of the position would include: sale, delivery, and stocking of parts in order to sustain accurate inventory and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Records sales and/or counter transactions
- Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
- Verifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations
- Participates in all job-related training and development.
Qualifications:
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that relate to customer serviceand selling skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic Parts Department reports
- High School diploma or equivalent (minimum)
