Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and attachments. In addition, performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.
Job Responsibilities/DutiesPromotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needsAssists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displaysCommunicate and fill customer online parts orders via the customer portalVerifies receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locationsHelps to keep parts department clean and orderlyFollows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the LeadAssists in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehiclesHelps answer phones and address customer voicemails with urgencySupport customerOther duties as assigned

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
Basic data entry/keyboarding skills/computer aptitudeBasic parts and machinery knowledgeAbility to use the John Deere Parts Catalog computer applicationAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to stand for long periods of time (at parts counter)Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs. dailyHigh School diploma or equivalent experienceForklift certification preferredWorks in both office and warehouse environments, including consistently viewing a computer monitor and using keyboard/mouse
