Job Description

Tractor Central - Granton is adding a full time Parts & Service Support position. This person will perform a range of administrative and support functions for the dealership location, as well as working with customers.  

Job Requirements:

Successful candidates will have:

  • General understanding of mechanical/technical terms
  • Basic Ag & Turf parts knowledge
  • Solid computer skills, and ability to use standard desktop applications
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Willing to work some Saturdays
  • High School diploma, Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Job Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for receiving in and delivery of parts and accessories, parts to the shop, helping with inventory control, surplus returns, running reports, helping the Parts and Service Managers, and general administrative duties. This position will also sell parts at the parts counter
