Job Description

The store is looking for a person who will act as the store receptionist as well as have some administrative and department duties. As a receptionist, you could be the first point of contact for the company and you will provide administrative support across the organization. You will handle the flow of people throughout the business and ensure that assigned responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. What you'll do

  • Greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing guests and/or customers appropriately whether in person or telephone
  • Answer, and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, scanning, emailing
  • Accounts receivable and/or Accounts payable experience a plus.

  • Able to work a varying work schedule/shift and be flexible
  • Multi-tasking effectively is a must as well as the ability to organize and work under pressure
  • Computer skills
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen 
  • Hours are Monday through Friday with possible Saturday hours of 8 AM to 12 Noon.

  • Hearing ability sufficient to communicate with others in person or over the phone
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required (up to 25 pounds)
  • Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, and bend as needed
