Brandt is currently seeking a Master Scheduler for our Regina location. Reporting to the Order Fulfillment Manager, the Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining a rolling 12-month manufacturing schedule that aligns the production facilities to the company Sales budget(s).
- Develop and maintain a master production schedule for all products and/or production facilities
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other management staff to ensure production capacity and capability align with expected sales volumes
- Create a rolling 12-month production forecast so functional areas of the company can plan for materials, labour, equipment, etc.
- Participate in the Estimate to Cash (ETC) process to determine proper manufacturing timing based on target inventory levels
- Ensure new product releases and Engineering changes are integrated into the MPS plan
- Aid in the reporting of company metrics and key performance indicators
- Aid in continuous improvement initiatives to further optimize Order Fulfillment processes
