Long Description

Department:  Sales/Marketing
Purpose:
Supports the Sales & Marketing Departments by coordinating and executing sales events, customer experience activities, and advertising promotions.

Responsibilities:
 
o    Extracts JD AIM/CRM (Customer Relationship Management) information on current and prospective customers and provides to sales representatives 
o    Captures and records customer information obtained from customer events into a JD AIM/CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application 
o    Plans and coordinates logistics, communications, and activities for sales events, customer experience events, meetings, or focus groups including the documentation of best practices 
o    Coordinates advertising and promotions for the dealership
o    Executes, measures, and reports the effectiveness (including cost/benefit and return on investment) of sales events
o    Adheres to the promotion budget for the entire organization or per location/department which may include managing vendor invoices and claims
o    Order and distribute promotional materials for the dealership (i.e. banners, trinkets, pamphlets, brand apparel etc.)
o    Updates customer data to ensure accurate records such as addresses for mailing lists
o    Act as a liaison with manufacturer’s advertising and marketing communications
o    Act as a liaison for all media and advertising relationships and may support or create graphic designs


Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
 
o    2+ years of administrative experience
o    Experience in graphic design preferred
o    Basic clerical expertise and knowledge of office procedures
o    Proven ability to manage projects which would include multi-tasking, prioritizing, and successfully managing multiple events simultaneously
o    Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
o    Ability to use a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management application
o    Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
o    High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
o    Associates degree in marketing or graphic designed preferred
