Dive into a fulfilling role where you can be creative, helping build solutions so that we can provide the best customer experience possible.   POSITION SPECIFICS: Department:             Marketing Reports to:                Marketing Manager Supervises:               None Position Status:        Exempt   PURPOSE: Provide first-class marketing, research and administrative support to the overall success of Flint Equipment. Provide general support to the sales, rental, parts, and service teams marketing John Deere and other construction & forestry related equipment throughout the southeast. This role requires efficiency in Microsoft Office products including PowerPoint and Excel, CRM, and design programs such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Strong data interpretation, competitive research, and customer focus are necessary. This role is critical to the success of the business, therefore accuracy, attention to detail, and time-management are essential.   JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities that will maximize brand awareness, build a deeper connection to operators & owners, and drive qualified sales leads. This will be done through creation and deployment of experiential content that is meaningful to owners, operators, partners, and employees alike. • Generate all marketing material to support the sale, rental, service, and support of John Deere equipment • Coordinate marketing and research efforts as it relates to print & digital advertising, email campaigns, website updates, events, trade shows, open houses, account-based marketing campaigns, and more • Develop and maintain store stock levels of brochures and publications • Monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall brand, business, and sales objectives • Maintain customer database & machine population, providing reports to local sales representatives, branch managers, division managers, and corporate management. • Distribute, monitor status, and report on leads generated via CRM platform • Manage Flint social media accounts
