C & B Operations, a leading John Deere Dealer, has an opening for a Marketing Content Coordinator at our location in Jackson, MN. Individuals working remotely with the ability to travel to Jackson, MN regularly will be considered. This individual will be responsible for assisting the research, development, gathering and optimization of all content creation for C & B Operations’ marketing materials as well as manage the timelines and project management of the implementation of the content. This person will support the marketing team in a variety of ways in the following areas: operations, creative, production, digital and editorial.

Essential Duties:

  • Track the status of all projects from beginning to end, and proactively communicate updates on Co-Schedule and email
  • Ability to create and gather content across email, SMS, social and web, guided by best practices for A/B testing, using data to inspire content, and engagement-driving efforts.
  • Research, develop, implement, measure and optimize C & B’s and John Deere’s marketing campaigns and programs by using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.
  • Operate at a fast pace while juggling multiple projects
  • Possess and exceptional attention to detail and help the team stay organized and on track.
  • Possess excellent numerical skills, including utilization of metrics and processing figures with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Help with the creation and management of the corporate marketing calendar to ensure an effective year-round Omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Support marketing campaigns and events as well as other marketing activities throughout the organization.
