The Marketing Information and Content Manager creates and develops all marketing content to support new and used complete goods sales, parts, and service objectives. Oversee customer interactions before, during and after the sale to offer a truly unique customer experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and creation all marketing content as part of the strategy of specific marketing campaigns which results in growth of goods and services provided by Martin Tractor, Inc.
Manage coop marketing dollars and ensure we are on task to achieve budget goals.
Create online buying content through the Martin Tractor, Inc. YouTube which can be promoted and as an online sales lead generation tool.
Manage the company intranet to ensure all company content and information is accurate and engaging to the entire dealership staff.
Oversee all internal communications from our partner manufactures and communicate their messages in an efficient and timely manner.
Utilize an automated inbound marketing platform to continue to grow attribution through nurture and conversion tactics before, during, and after the sale.
Administer monthly Customer Experience and GatherUp initiatives for sales, parts, and service departments.
Assist Remarketing Manager entering used equipment in the business system as part of the sales process.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge
2+ years in auto or equipment dealership with experience in sales and/or marketing
Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
Proven ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and within a group
Proven ability to be creative and innovative
Conducts business in alignment with the company’s Values and Purpose Statement
