Manages the United Pro Account Managers to ensure sales strategies and market share objectives are executed and achieved. Provides coaching, development, and accountability to direct reports. Focus is primarily within key metro areas for core products, including Compact Construction Equipment & Attachments, Commercial Mowers, Utility Vehicles, Compact & Utility Tractors and Implements. Drives aftermarket initiatives to increase share of customer wallet.


  • Receives direction from sales leadership and is responsible for executing the B2B sales strategy specifically with the UAT Pro Account Managers
  • Provides leadership and guidance to account management team including selling skills and business planning
  • In-field training for Account Managers and In-Store Sales (with guidance from sales leadership)
  • Develop sales plans with Account Managers to grow sales, market share and margins
  • Works with sales leadership to develop performance plans for underperforming account managers
  • Helps troubleshoot customer issues when feasible
  • Drives aftermarket (parts, service, solutions) opportunities to grow sales

Job Requirements

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

  • 5+ year experience in sales; desirable experience includes B2B sales, durable goods and/or solutions selling
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop talent
  • Extensive understanding of sales planning, customer needs identification and business planning
  • Ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and other internal and internet functions
