Brandt Tractor is Canada’s largest equipment dealer. With a global sales network, there is significant importance to Manage the companies pricing, programs, and incentives for the agricultural portfolio.
The Manager of Pricing, Programs, and Incentives is responsible for collecting, correlating, analyzing, visualizing, and distributing relevant date to ensure complete awareness of our competitive position. This ensures pricing, programs and incentive strategies are competitively positioned to achieve desired market share and profitability goals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing programs, strategies and incentives while tracking and comparing the outcomes.
- Working to identify new opportunities that align closely with market trends and company direction.
- Developing a consistent program framework and reporting mechanisms across all product lines - assessing data from a variety of sources to gain insights into market trends and pricing strategies.
- Communicating with Senior Sales Leadership on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies.
- Managing incentive programs for sales teams.
