Brandt is currently seeking a Janitor for our Regina, SK location. This position is responsible for cleaning all offices, common area, restrooms, kitchen and lunch room. Janitors are also responsible for managing the coverall program and ordering supplies when necessary.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Clean building office floors by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping or scrubbing
- Sweep and wash floors; Deep clean and power scrub all floors
- Buff and shine floors as needed
- Clean all baseboards as needed
- Gather and empty trash from offices, lunch rooms, restrooms and common areas and dispose of all garbage.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
- Clean inside windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- Clean all glass as needed
- Dust furniture, plants, walls, machines, and equipment.
- Dust and wipe counter tops, desks, monitor stands and telephones
- Dust all window sills
- Wipe down fingerprint and chair bases as needed
- Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
- Requisition supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Clean all stair wells
- Wash walls as needed
- Cleaning out microwaves and refrigerators
- Other duties as assigned
