Responsibilities of the Implementation Coordinator include:

  • Assist with coordinating and managing multiple projects throughout the dealer operations
  • Work with project team(s) on developing implementation timelines and follow up process for successful implementation
  • Develop / coordinate implementation plan with end users/operations.
  • Develop and communicate training materials/content/SOPs for system users
  • Facilitate meetings between stakeholders to gather process workflow and technical requirements to support systems strategy
  • Liaise between stakeholders, IT Department, and Vendor Representatives to ensure alignment on project and deliverables
  • Manage project(s) with clearly defined milestone dates and keep tasks on track to support development / implementation timelines.
  • Develop and manage task lists for stakeholders involved with project implementation.
  • Identify risks associated with implementation plans and develop solutions to discuss with management / stakeholders
  • Validate, catalog, and prioritize enhancement requests from system users
  • Provide success measurement results to team and management (i.e. Raven use reports- How many texts or payments sent per day)
  • Become expert on system being implemented; Train administrators of system to manage system post-implementation
  • Travel as needed to locations to support development, implementation, and training of new systems
 

Requirements for this position currently include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.  Experience in Information Technology is required; preferably seeking at least 5-10 years in IT with progressive development from customer service to system implementation and support.
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors in addition to internal customers highly preferred.
  • Systems knowledge such as Salesforce or other systems related to the equipment industry strongly preferred.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of being highly organized, task-oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team.
