Integrated Solutions Consultant

Promotes retail sales, furnishes technical support and develops & delivers training for Pinpoint Solutions products for a broad spectrum of applications, including seeding, spraying, tillage, and harvesting systems to both internal dealer employees and customers. Maintains professional communication with all company locations to insure information flows in an appropriate manner.

Integrated Solutions Consultant Essential Duties

  • Develops annual plan to support sales and support goals set by dealership management.
  • Promotes the sale of Pinpoint Solutions products for various cropping systems throughout the dealership’s area of responsibility. This duty may include a combination of one or more of the following; customer prospecting, providing sales quotes and finalizing retail sales.
  • Executes annual plan to meet sales and support goals, including planning, coordination and delivery of customer clinics, execution of on-the-farm demonstrations, and support of local farm shows.
  • Serves as the internal and external dealership technical specialist relative to the entire Pinpoint Solutions product line.
  • Develops and delivers customer/employee training which may include individual training, group instruction, self study, demonstrations and simulation exercises for Pinpoint Solutions products.
  • Potentially manages dealership inventory processes for Pinpoint Solutions products, customer follow-up processes, and customer satisfaction issues related to product line.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Integrated Solutions Consultant Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in agriculture sales, service, training or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in agricultural related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to use standard computer software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and internet functions.
  • Good human relations and effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
