Job Description

Bilingual Inside Sales – Spanish   We are a team of success driven, service oriented, and collaborative sales representatives focused on professional development and achieving consistent results while delivering an exceptional customer experience.    This role is responsible for performing outbound business development, calling to secure new rental and retail opportunities, calling competitive buyers and other outbound campaigns as assigned.    The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong sales results, sales accomplishments, business acumen and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, this position requires a high degree of customer interaction and communication to ensure the customer experience is positive and professional.      Responsibilities:

  1. Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email, chat or in-person)
  2. Maintain intermediate knowledge of all products through ongoing training
  3. Qualify and distribute leads and maintain accountability, following-up with prospects throughout the buying process
  4. Maintain accurate prospect/customer database (CRM) to capture repeat business
  5. Assist scheduling appointments with interested buyers for demos and equipment delivery with appropriate sales representatives 
  6. ISR will have a goal of connecting with a minimum number of calls per day
  7. Review sales with dealership management on a weekly basis

  Requirements:  

  1. Fluent in English and Spanish.
  2. Excellent customer relationship skills
  3. Very strong sales and communication skills
  4. Excellent follow through, follow up, and accountability
  5. Advanced technology proficiency
  6. College Education Preferred
  7. Knowledge of heavy equipment or operational practices preferred
  8. Organizational skills
  9. Ability to analyze and interpret data and analytics

  Training:  

  1. Candidate will have an opportunity to learn product knowledge and industry related sales training for future advancement opportunities.
