Essential Duties:    

• Engine underhauls, head gaskets, rear axle replacement, hydraulic valves and pumps, rockshafts and transmission repairs are typical.  
• Inspect, maintain, diagnose, and repair heavy and various other types of equipment.  
• Order parts and keep track of machine status.  
• Keep accurate service records and inspections.  
• Complete work in a timely fashion, and within MST’s standards.  
• Keep service truck repaired, safe, and maintained.  
• Follow company policies and government regulations.  
• Work to the standards and values of 4Rivers Equipment.   
• Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality is vital. Must attend work regularly and to arrive at work on time. Failure to do so detrimentally affects team morale and productivity.    

Education    

• 2+ years experience, John Deere experienced preferred  
• High school diploma or equivalent experience 
• Knowledge of service department operations and heavy equipment operations in general. 
• Basic math skills.  
• Self-motivated.
