Purpose:

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, energetic and independent individual to fill our Expeditor position.  This position is an entry level position offering potential career paths into our Parts and Service departments.  The individual in this position completes general clean up and upkeep for our location facilities as well as general support to our Parts, Service and Sales departments. Position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Washing tractors prior to service and/or sale
• Cleaning of facility including showroom, shop and location yard
• Assisting service mechanics as they complete repairs on equipment
• Checking in Parts as shipments are received
• Delivering parts to Service Technicians in remote locations
• Assembling various pieces of equipment for showroom
• Re-stocking and preparing the showroom as required
• Maintains company grounds including bathrooms, showrooms, offices, building and yard, shop floors and parts aisles

This individual must be able to follow all safety rules, regulations and adhere to all policies and procedures while performing work assignments.  Must also be able to maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management and support resources with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.

Desired Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge

Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license. 

General Physical Requirements  

• Heavy work: Exerting up to 75 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

• Balancing, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Reaching, Standing, Walking, Lifting, Fingering, Grasping, Feeling, Talking, Hearing, Repetitive Motions, Crawling, Pushing, and Pulling.  

Working Conditions  

• The worker is subject to both environmental conditions: Activities occur inside and outside. 
• The worker is subject to hazards: Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, exposure to high heat or to chemicals. 
• The worker is subject to atmospheric conditions: One or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: Fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases or poor ventilation. 
• The worker is subject to oils: There is air and/or skin exposure to oils and other cutting fluids. 
• The worker is subject to extreme heat: Temperatures above 100 degrees for periods of more than one hour.
