Equipment Detail Specialist & Maintenance
Responsible for general upkeep and cleaning of equipment and maintenance of facility including building and lot.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the wash bay area.
- Washing, waxing, buffing and final detailing of all new and used equipment.
- Maintain adequate supplies needed to perform this job.
- Report any service-related problems to Service Manager upon final cleanup of equipment.
- May perform grounds maintenance for the dealer properties, mowing, spraying, general upkeep.
- May be required to assist in moving displays or equipment within the dealership.
- May operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment and supplies for the dealership.
- May assist the Service Technicians as requested by the Service Manager.
- May perform rental/demo return inspections as requested.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge: - Detailing skills including buffing & minor painting
- Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures
- Ability to use basic computer functions
- Good skills in operating vehicles and equipment
- Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
