Job Description

E-commerce Sales Professional

Department: Sales
Reports to: Sales Manager
Purpose: The E-commerce Sales Professional will facilitate the online component of Kibble Equipment’s machinery sales. The position will provide a high level of customer service on leads generated via multiple websites.  Additionally, it will ensure the quality and professionalism of those listings such that our equipment stands out among the competition’s listed equipment.

Responsibilities:
o Take ownership of all inbound internet sales leads and work with store locations to coordinate equipment ordering, setup, and delivery.

o Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to inbound sales leads.

o Work with sales manager to identify new internet-based sales lead opportunities and markets.

o Interact live with current and prospective customers via the Kibble Access customer portal chat feature.

o Ensure listing quality of machine inventory across all internet listings.

o Monitor and manage Demo/Rental/Loan designations in dealer CRM system.


Experience & Qualifications:
o Basic business knowledge and math skills as well as ability to analyze and interpret internal reports.

o Organized with ability to learn and apply knowledge quickly.

o Ability to work independently while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks and interruptions.

o Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.

o Ability to use standard desktop applications, such as Microsoft Office applications and internet-based software.

o Sales and revenue generation experience.

o High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
