Purpose:

Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners, Inc., a 27-location family-owned John Deere dealership group based in Missouri and Illinois, is looking for a full time Digital Marketing and Social Content Specialist. This position is responsible for various marketing duties on social platforms as well as updating website content. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker with a passion for marketing plus any agriculture background would be useful in this position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create graphics, content and update Content Management System website on a regular basis.
  • Provide recommendations and create website landing pages for overall user experience to optimize conversions.
  • Perform data analysis and manage Google Analytics.
  • Create content and post on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Work with products team to update pricing and promotions on a regular basis for website and app.
  • Help manage Company Intranet Publishers and Site.
  • Respond to Google and Facebook reviews and comments.
  • Any additional duties assigned by supervisor.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Bachelors degree with focus in Marketing, Communications and Web Content Management.
  • Strong communications, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work within a goal-oriented team and to complete multiple projects in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with graphic design and social video editing programs.
  • Knowledge of Facebook ad placement.
  • Proven understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Work with agency on providing images and graphics for social campaigns.
  • Good communication skills with employees and customers.
  • Manage calendar for social media posts.
  • Create ideas for content development based on company needs.
